- Check you have internet connectivity by opening up Chrome on the tablet and doing a simple google search
- Check that you have a valid subscription. The system will disable accounts that are in subscription arrears.
- If you have BT broadband, switch off Smart Setup (or set up the device properly using Smart Setup).
