Problem: Most of the time when you order items in the Order Screen they just get added. However some items keep popping up a prompt like this:
Solution: The reason is that that courses are not set up correctly. Within the menu hierarchy where the item is located the parent category must be associated with a course. Once this is done the prompt will stop popping up. Note that menu items can be in multiple menus, so be sure you're checking the right category.
