Whether in a restaurant,  bar or pub setting, Epicuri at its core is a front of house mobile EPOS system. 

The Epicuri Waiter App is an Android app that can be downloaded for free from Google Play here.


Steps to set up an Android Tablet


Being mostly a hosted solution, the local set-up for tablets is pretty straightforward.


  1. Plug in all the tablets and connect them to the WIFI that is used by corporate use (should be the same network as the LAN points where the printers will be connected)  ENSURE THIS IS THE ONLY WIFI NETWORK THE TABLETS EVER CONNECT TO
  2. Switch them all on and log into the tablets with an existing / new google account for your venue
  3. Go into settings and set security as per your requirements
  4. Go into Settings and keep running the software update until it says the tablet says is it up to date
  5. Go into 'Play store' app and update all the apps (especially the system apps) until everything is up to date
  6. Search for "Epicuri POS" and install
